I agree with Vicky when saying that it was def. a good idea. However, you need to make something the central focus. I know that you intended to do that with the bullseye, however due to the changes in opacity everything kind of meshes together and your eyes are pulled in a variety of directions. I think it'd also be really cool to play on the idea of a collage for a background. Like maybe grab 20-30 images and then place the bullseye on top of that.

I like how you integrated old photos with new photos, but I must agree that unless brought to the actual large size it seems a bit all over the place. Cool idea though.
